A comfortable 4-night stay in a Suite Pastel offered all necessary amenities for a family, including full kitchen appliances and a lovely playground for kids. The excellent communication through WhatsApp made requests easy and prompt. The modern design added to the charm, though the lack of traditional reception was a slight inconvenience for some. Enjoyed delicious marmalade during breakfast, enhancing the overall experience.

great facilities but check-in process needs work
The apartment was exceptionally clean, with a delightful ambiance that made our stay comforting. I loved the modern kitchen setup that included thoughtful extras like disposable slippers and complimentary coffee. The outdoor area was fantastic for my kids, featuring a trampoline and a playground, adding to the overall charm.
The self-service check-in was a bit perplexing, requiring multiple codes that disrupted the flow of entering our room.

Unique decor and ambiance in the suite.
During my stay, I found the self-check-in to be quite confusing as it required entering a pin code at every door. The layout of the keypad was frustrating and not user-friendly, which made access to my suite more cumbersome than it should have been. Additionally, while I loved the projector for movies, it was disappointing that the curtains did not fully block out daylight, making it difficult to enjoy a movie during the day.

We had such an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and featured lovely touches like a projector instead of a TV, which was such a unique vibe. I appreciated the thoughtful kitchen setup and the cute postcard holder in the hallway. Just a minor hiccup when we got locked out on our last night, but otherwise, everything was perfect! Would love to come back!

honestly, this place could've been great, but the bitter smell as soon as I walked in? disgusting. oh, and to top it off, the wi-fi was slower than molasses! I expected at least a room upgrade for all my troubles, but no one cared. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. I’d rather stay elsewhere next time.
